Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

Karashi Studio ships worldwide.

Please note that some destinations may be subject to import restrictions or customs regulations. If shipping to your country is not possible, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

The exact shipping costs will be displayed before your order is completed.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service used.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Germany: approximately 2–5 business days

  • European Union: approximately 5–10 business days

  • International destinations: approximately 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, shipments are sent via Deutsche Post or DHL.

Tracking information is provided for parcel shipments. Smaller letter shipments may not include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Pre-Orders

For products offered as pre-orders, the estimated shipping date is stated on the respective product page.

If an order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the complete order will generally be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Partial Shipments

If part of an order is temporarily unavailable, Karashi Studio reserves the right to make partial shipments where appropriate.

Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges for partial deliveries initiated by Karashi Studio.

Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Should a significant delay occur, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
