Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the online shop Karashi Studio.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
An automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order will be sent. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is only concluded once the order has been dispatched or a shipping confirmation has been sent by email.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown are final prices and include any applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and must be paid by the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
§ 4 Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods available during checkout.
The full purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
§ 5 Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, in-stock items are generally processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment has been received.
Karashi Studio ships worldwide.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date stated on the respective product page applies. Orders containing pre-order items will generally be shipped together once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise specified.
If a product is unexpectedly unavailable or delivery is significantly delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

§ 7 Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Karashi Studio until full payment has been received.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights shall apply.
§ 9 Liability
Karashi Studio shall be liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

§ 11 Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

Karashi Studio is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 12 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
§ 13 Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
